Triceratops V.0.0.2 coming soonish

Working on next version of Triceratops, hopefully a more useful version, fixed a detune issue (all oscillators were just over a semi-tone down) about to add sine wave and thinking about presets, I know LV2 has presets but I've not had them working yet, need to improve compatibility with Ardour 3 and Qtractor.
