Am working on the toolkit I'll be using on my DAW and plugins in the future, I wanted to make it skinable. Next will be sliders and panels that can have custom textures.

Re-organising the bedroom music studio

After years of living in musical instrument chaos an electrics check forced me move to things around, and why waste that chance for improvement might as well organising things to be more practical, I hardly make music upstairs anymore and want to change that, get back to how it was in the 2000s when I was churning out lots of rubbish and the occasional okay thing.. 

I'm going to try to connect as many synths to the mixer and PC as I can without the cabling becoming too stranger things upside down, I want to be able to use the Korg MS20 mini, Arturia Microbrute, Roland Juno 6, Siel EX80, Behringer Moog clone, Deepmind etc. I wish I could include the Sequential circuits Pro One and SH101 but they need some work, especially the Pro One the first oscillator died a few years ago. I've found quite a few tapes of old music I made with Pro One / SH101 / CZ3000 and Atari ST, must upload some of them at some point.

New version of Triceratops 0.7 - three oscillator synth plugin

Quite a few bug fixes and simplified parameter setting internally so will be working on lots more presets over the next few weeks.

Working on wavetable synth Dracorex LV2 / VST

 Not a great demo but fixed a few bugs I'd set the range wrong on a few parameters and forgot to initialise the low pass resonant filters which was causing all sorts of chaos on Qtractor lol it was confusing because it was working fine ran as a standalone in Jalv. #linuxaudio #lv2 #vst #synthesis #wavetable

New Project - Samplersaur (working title)

Working on a LV2 sampler plugin, first format to be supported will be SFZ, hopefully I can go a little further than linuxsampler's implementation of the format, also thought it would be nice to have something that's a full plugin not half plugin / half standalone, just working on the parsing code at the moment, it will be in C, I may be some time LOL.
